Posting

It's totally ridiculous that I spend approximately 20 of 24 hours every day at home and cannot update our blog...I mean seriously it takes less than 30 seconds to log-in. And that's the hardest part - logging-in. Something about it seems so arduous. In my mind, when I'm imagining logging-in and posting (because I always imagine myself doing something before I actually do it) it takes like 29 minutes to log-in because I forgot my password and then they have to send an e-mail to change all the stuff and then I have to log-in to my e-mail account which I usually remember the password to, but in my imagination I can't remember it and then I have to reset my whole life to log-in and write about something that you may or may not be interested in uggg....in my imagination of course...because I know all of you are just dying to know what I'm up to next - at home - with a 5.5 month old - let me give you a hint...A. Sleeping B. Feeding C. Changing D. Playing (repeat 43 times and wake up again) :) I LOVE MY LIFE - REALLY -Look at the picture below and tell me you wouldn't do ANYTHING to spend all day with this little guy - I would not change ONE thing...well maybe one - add 1 million dollars to my checking account and then I would not change ONE thing!!!! Well times up for posting, so I guess the post about posting is finished and I'll write something more interesting next time! You can comment about how pathetic I am if it makes you feel better for wasting your time today!!! I LOVE YA'LL!!!

My Sisters!!!!

A long time ago, another place, another time, with strange, but loving people, my sisters and I became known as "January and Company." I had absolutely NOTHING to do with the name but everyone knew it meant me, beth, beka, and whomever else I could con into helping us pull off some wild scheme...
One time it was an old-time christmas musical where we dressed up
in long skirts and made the guys wear paper top hats.

One time it was singing christmas carols with buck teeth made
of lemon rind (sp?) at a perfectly respectable senior adult dinner.

One time it was selling spaghetti dinners to our town to raise money.
Whatever, whenever, however, I know two sisters who will ALWAYS
be the "company". They will ALWAYS make the crazy things I say
"Yes" to actually happen. They will cut or paste or color or sing
or roll tiny bits of asparagus up in cream cheese covered roast beef
+

to make cute pinwheels, or make an 11 layer, 3 tiered, chocolate
cake with strawberry cream cheese filling.

They NEVER get all the praise and accolade they deserve
because when it's "January and Company" as much as I say
"This never would have happened without my sisters"...somehow
the "company" never gets told how good they did, or how much they
were needed, or how it would have been impossible without them...

And they were good, and they were needed, and it was
only possible because they were there to help.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU
I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU I LOVE YOU

p.s. could we possibly create another name soon...
and also get our pic taken together b/c I can't find
a recent one of us all 3 together and it's anoying...

OMGsh!!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously!!!!!!!!!!

It all started when P and I decided to quit using our credit card after reading a "How To" article on saving money and finding discounts on the internet...He then put a 1 year ban on me buying anything "decorative" for our home (choke). In return I banned him from us eating out for one year. Then we went to Pizza Hut to discuss our decision. He got online to view the "deals" that were discussed in the article. He decided to make one more purchase on our credit card and planned a VALENTINE WEEKEND EXCURSION! Yippee!!!! I love surprises so he promised not to tell! (Save money? Who us? Well he did "save" money on the tickets...)

Saturday morning we woke up, loaded the camper, and headed south! For two reasons this was music to my ears! 1. Warm, warm, warm 2. Warm, warm, warm! We said our traditional traveling prayer and pulled out onto Ohio Avenue with the camper, Jonas, Sasha, and 75% of our house in tow. Somewhere around the "Bulldog Carwash" (~ 1/4 mile from our home) we get pulled over by a cop...Our trailer tag expired 4 days prior and he thought he would give us a warning...Whatever Fritz...(he looked like that guy from the Sound of Music - seventeen going on eighteen...). After we got away from Valentine's Day RUINER...we drove through McDonald's and got a cheeseburger cause' that just makes it better. Once we arrived in Tampa, lovely warm Tampa, P set us up in a campground - It was kinda in the ghetto, but there was a fence so if you closed your ears where you couldn't hear the gunshots it was like paradise...jk (kinda)...

THEN we got dressed and ate at Olive Garden. Yummy! We were seated in like 10 minutes, had a great server, Jonas slept the whole time, and I got Raspberry Cheesecake! YUmmmmm!!!

THEN (drum roll) we head to St. Pete Times Arena where we had 3rd row center ice seats for the Washington Capitals vs. TB Lightning...(We fell in love with hockey and the Caps in Washington D.C. one year...our lives just wouldn't be the same without hockey)!!!!!!!!!!! The game was AWESOME! We won 5-1 and saw the best goalie we have ever seen. Which really doesn't say much since we don't watch hockey at all except when we actually go to a game...but he was still really good!

THEN, and this was a surprise for both of us...Edward Cullen (aka Rob Pattinson) was outside the arena, waiting for me!!!!!!! Well, he wasn't waiting for just me...he was waiting for like 30,000 screaming teenage girls and I just happened to be among them. But he and I made definite eye contact...as evidenced below about 27 seconds into the video. I know, I know...what more could I ask for on Valentines Day than to spend it with my three dream guys Patrick, Jonas, and Edward...(sigh) Watch and weep girls!!! and THEN Patrick decides to bash all my dreams by telling me that it's not really Edward (ACK!) Seriously - watch the video and then VOTE in the comments section...Is it Edward???? (It is, but I just need some smart girls too back me up when I tell Patrick). Happy Valentine's Day!!!!!!! XOXOXOXO (i love you Patrick, Jonas, and edward ;)

(excuse the stupid camera guy that kept getting in my way-

MOVE!!! - doesn't he know I'm watching EDWARD!!!)
